How many portions do I need to order?

Each menu item will easily feed 1-2 people.

Is the Andre’s Cucina Family At Home the same menu that you used to have at the restaurant?

We are so excited to bring you this range of Heat & Eat products! The dishes we have on offer here are inspired by some of the most popular menu items that we offered over ten years of Andre’s Cucina, as well as some of the things we love to feed our families.

Our Fisso At Home menu takes inspiration from some of our most popular dishes from a decade of menus at our Frome Street restaurant - so you can recreate our Andre's Cucina experience in your own home.

How long will the food last in my fridge?

All products arrive fresh and will come with at least three days to consume. We don't use preservatives or any stabilising agents to any of our food. If you can’t eat it that quickly, almost all of our meals can be frozen for up to three months.

Alternatively you can select for your products to be frozen for you if you would prefer.

Where can I collect my order from?

We offer two convenient Click & Collect pick up points -

Willmott’s Gastronomia, 36 Kensington Road, Rose Park 5067, or Longwood Retreat, 136 Stock Rd, Mylor 5062. All orders can be collected on Wednesdays and Fridays between 3 and 6pm at the location of your choice.

When do I need to order by?

Orders for Wednesday collection need to be placed online on Sundays by midnight.

Orders for Friday collection need to be placed online on Wednesdays by midday.

Fisso At Home orders will have different order cut-off times - please check the Fisso page on our website for more details.

What if I missed the cut off for ordering?

Unfortunately we are unable to add orders to Click & Collect after the cut-off date. If you are looking for food for today, our friends at Willmott's Gastronomia may be able to help you.

I need to change the details on my order, can you help me?

We will do our best to help you in any way we can - email us at eat@andrescucina.com.au and our team will get back to you as soon as we can. Please note that this email address is monitored Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Do you cater for allergens or specific dietary requirements?

All ingredients and allergens are listed on each individual item on our website.

Please note that while we take the greatest of care when preparing our food, all products are prepared in a kitchen space that also processes gluten and nuts.

Unfortunately we are not able to add or remove ingredients from our products to our Andre's At Home Family Range.

In some circumstances we may be able to adapt our Fisso Menu boxes for allergens or specific dietary requirements - please email our friendly team on eat@andrescucina.com.au with the details of what you need and if we are able to help we certainly will!

The item I want isn’t on your website. Can you make it for me?

While we aren’t making bespoke menu items at this stage, if there is a dish you really want to see on the website in the future please let us know!

What about your Fisso menu - can I order this yet?

We are delighted to have launched our Andre’s Cucina Fisso At Home - a monthly special menu created by our talented team of chefs, so you can recreate our Fisso experience around your own table. We’ll be taking inspiration from some of the most popular dishes served over a decade in our Frome Street restaurant to put together a curated menu of dishes to share with friends and loved ones. Our kitchen professionals will do most of the work for you - each dish comes almost ready-to-eat with basic assembly and simple home heating instructions.
